UAE e-invoicing for Zoho Books
The mandate arrives, and your Zoho Books workflow doesn't notice. Nazm reads your invoices through the Zoho API, makes each one PINT-AE compliant, and manages the accredited provider connection in the background.
Does Zoho Books support UAE e-invoicing?
UAE e-invoicing is not something any accounting package handles on its own. The mandate requires invoices in the PINT-AE format, exchanged over the Peppol network through an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) that you legally appoint. That is plumbing most businesses have no reason to build.
Nazm adds that plumbing to the Zoho Books you already run. You keep your items, contacts, templates, and approval habits. We pick up each invoice, produce the compliant version, and move it where the law says it must go.
Invoice like you always have
Raise invoices in Zoho Books the way you do today. Nazm picks them up automatically through the API. No plugin, no template surgery.
PINT-AE in the background
Every invoice becomes valid PINT-AE XML and is checked against the rules before transmission. You never open an XML file.
One place to see status
Delivery and validation status for every invoice sits in one Nazm dashboard. Exceptions surface in plain language with a clear fix.
From Zoho Books to the Peppol network
Connect Zoho Books
Authorise the connection once. Nazm reads new invoices from Zoho Books via the API from that moment on. Nothing to install.
Validate
Each invoice is converted to PINT-AE XML and checked against Federal Tax Authority (FTA) validation rules before it goes anywhere. Problems show up in plain language, not error codes.
Transmit
The compliant invoice travels to your buyer over the Peppol network through the accredited ASP you appoint. Nazm manages that provider relationship end to end.
PINT-AE and the ASP requirement, handled
The law requires every business in scope to appoint an Accredited Service Provider. Businesses with revenue of AED 50M or more must appoint one by 30 October 2026 (MD 244/2025); everyone else follows in phases through 2027. What the law does not require is that you run the research project yourself.
Nazm is not an ASP. We evaluate the providers on the Ministry of Finance register, connect the one you appoint to your Zoho Books account, and monitor accreditation status over time. You get the compliance, we keep the homework.
Want the detail behind it? The ASP Directory tracks every pre-approved provider against the MoF Central Register, and the PINT AE glossary documents the invoice format field by field.
